Memorybeans Photography retains the copyright of all the images taken. 

It is a criminal offence to screen grab, copy or in anyway reproduce photographs without a written consent from Memorybeans Photography. Once you have purchased the digital files you are granted to use photographs for your personal use. These images are not to be sold or given to third parties.

The images that are purchased as digital files are not to be altered in any way, that change the integrity of the images without the consent of Memorybeans Photography.

Images taken in photographic sessions can be used by Memorybeans Photography for display or marketing purposes. This could include social media, magazines or websites. This is for the purpose of promoting my photography work to clients, that could see the style of the work I create. If you wish that your images would stay private, please contact me about that before the session.

The booking fee of 20eu is payable to secure the date and time of your session, and it is non refundable but fully transfareble to a new date, if at least 3 days notice is given. The booking fee is deducted from the photography session, full payment is due on the day of your appointment.

By booking a photographic session with Memorybeans Photography you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions. Thank you for your respect and understanding.
